Anchored in Connection
At Connected Journeys Counseling & Consulting, we believe healing begins with connection. Our practice was founded to create a culturally responsive space that honors the unique experiences of women of color, especially those navigating maternal mental health, fertility challenges, and family-building journeys.
While our work intentionally centers the voices and needs of women of color, we welcome individuals and couples from all backgrounds.
Just as an anchor provides stability through shifting tides, our work is about helping clients feel secure, supported, and empowered as they navigate life’s transitions. With compassion, evidence-based care, and practical tools, we walk alongside you in creating lasting change.
